Tradus is a third class site with a worst customer, I purchased one bed sheet and after some days they sent me a mail that the colour you ordered is not available so we are sending you a bed sheet with similar pattern. But then also the item delivered was defective. I sent a mail to the actual supplier, they replied that I will have to return the item then they will despatch a fresh one. Then again after some time they sent me a mail that they cannot do anything, please contact the Tradus customer care.
From that day I am trying to contact the Tradus Customer care but unable to do so.
Can some body help??

I want to replace my 16 GB sand disk pendrive which wasnt working properly.Which I purchased through tradus website.In the month of May 2012.
I ordered a product on July 1st and its since July 10th, there is no response. On calling the delivery / Aramax courier service from July 8th, 9th, 10th, am been promised tat delivered today on day daily basis but nothing till is happning except the promises.

I agree with you guys. Tradus is a one big online SCAM. I think we should file a mas petition against this loser company to shut it down by the government.
I have ordered for a 16GB sandisk microSD card by COD, after seeing a better deal I cancelled that order and purchased the same product at a lower price by paying money in advance. But after one day I got a mail that the COD product is dispatched through bluedart and when I checked the paid order is cancelled, but I didn’t got my money back.
When I checked the tracking number with bluedart it’s not working even after 36 hours.
I think this bloody damned company is started by a bunch of thieves.
My opinion is same to you. do something to ban this cheater. am with u.

I have purchased a prouduct from tradus.com vide their order No. 2938163 but the goods found in tear condition after receipt. After contacting from their customer care, she told that, return the product through Bluedirt courior service only, the courior charge made for the product will be refunded to your account and the product will be exchanged back to you shortly. According to their instruction, I shipped the defective product back to tradus address on making courior charge of Rs. 200/- i.e. the minimum charge of the bluedirt courior service and same day I sent all the information to tradus.com vide their ticket no [#45062] & [#45068].
Neither the email for acknowledgement nor any their associate yet contacted for the refund of courior charge and exchange of product after lapsing of their maximum period for contact. It shows highly negligency of the above online shoppe.

She started bargain with me that she will give GIFT VOUCHER worth RS 100/- (She said “Token Of Apology” What Does It Mean?) I have to keep quiet Because of the Loss. And she also said me to keep the DELIVERED ITEM with me. I told her I will return it back. She is continuously repeating the same i.e. about “GIFT VOUCHER”. Whatever I told her how much important for me the purchased ITEM, She is unable to hear me. I asked her what I can do with spoiled ITEM. She is not at all listens me. Moreover she is telling it will take time. She is not at all giving assurance about the loss. Meanwhile she kept my call on hold and returned after some more minutes. She is telling me again the item was o.k., but the colors spilled all over inside the cover, colors will not get inside she said. Without seeing all how can it be possible? She is assessing from far from me? They are making me to “adjust according to their convenience” and their intention is to suppress the issue. They are trying to impose the method of apology for everything. As soon as I called the customer care wing they put me to wait for long. I lost so much of time and money (I spent Rs 78/- for the calls I made to Customer Care of so called TRADUS). And also it has been found that I want to put this matter in front of FACE BOOK COMMUNITY for the goodness others along with PHOTOS.
The definition of “CUSTOMER CARE TO BE RE-DEFINED” AT THIS POINT.
