Dear Sir,

I was buy a Spice QT 68 hand set aprox 3 month ago. On 15.04.2012 my hand set have got off.
On 16.04.2012, I went to Your authorized service centre, Bharatpur (Raj.). They says that my handset is out of
warranty due to some moisuture problem in Handset.Then they say that they can resolve my problem by given of
350 Rs.of service charges. and they have done my set Ok but due to day light i cannot checked my sets KEY PAD LIGHTS.
On same day when i used my set in night, sets KEY PAD LIGHTS were not working.

Next day i went to Your authorized service centre, Bharatpur (Raj.) and say all problem. They say that my handset
have more problem and it have to sent to Noida and charges will 480 Rs.BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED HIS REPLY.When i
cried for it they says you dont do any thing and run away from here.

then i think that some thing is wrong.Then i open my set in market. and he say that service centre, Bharatpur (Raj.)’s owner
remove my original mobile board and put a duplicate board which have no LED KEY PAD LIGHTS. Thus my sets Key Pad Lights
are not lighting.

Pls sir, register my request and do some thing. (they dont give me any type of job seat)

Sir i was buy a spice m5700 flo mobile from jaipur,rajasthan. purchase date is 1/11/2011. i have a problem in my mobile from purchase time. I have gone your authorised service center about 6 to 7 time but i have no perfect solution every time they said me that your problem has solved but my mobile mistake is reguler. Now if my mobile problem will not solve then i will do complain in consumer court

I am not satisfied with your service.Because:-
01) I was purchase a mobile mdl QT53 from Homeshop 18 on dtd 06.04.2012,which was create a problem of Battery Charging & Battery Backup.
02) On dtd 09.04.2012 I was submit my mobile at service centre in Guwahati (Job Sheet No-868) & they were commit me that they will be intimate me after solved the problem & it may be delivered to me on dtd 12.04.2012.
03) On dtd 12.04.2012 I was not received any information from them till evening than I called them & they were told me that mobile already send to Company due to could not solved the problem & it may be delivered to me on dtd 16.04.2012.
04) Upto On dtd 16.04.2012 evening when I have not any intimation from their end I was called them & no any fruitful support from their end & told me that NO ANY INFORMATION IN THEIR HAND FROM COMPANY END .It may be delivered to me on dtd 19.04.2012.
05) Upto till today I have not received any fruitful result from this service centre. Today I was call them but they have not received my call. About this I was talk with your toll free No also but not any customer satisfaction reply.So,I would like to request you that before 28.04.2012 delivered my mobile otherwise I am not agree to received the mobile after this day & please improved your service & Customer support & Smoothly talk with any person as a customer by your service person. Its may be improve your reputation & relation with customer & help to GROWTH the Company Also.

Dear Sir, I had perched a spice mobile model no. m9000 . within 15 days i have faced mobile problems subsequently i given this mobile in service center for repairing at south ex. unfortunately battery and back cover was misplaced but strange, 1 month over , they did not arrange Battery & Back Cover still now.

Sir i was buy a spice m5700 flo mobile from Barout,Baghpat (U.P). purchase after 4-5 month. i have a ( touch Screen not working reguler) problem in my mobile from purchase time. I am the resident of the GHAZIABAD, . I am writing this letter to concern you about the complaint for spice hand set MI-415.
We have purchased this hand set last 6/5/12, from the very first day it is not charging when I went to concern dealer SPICE RETAIL LTD SHOP NO G-6 AJNARA BHAVAN PLOT NO-1 DBLOCK (RECEIPT ENCLOSED ) he simply refused to change the set and asked us to go service centre.and also said if u want to go to consumer court then go but he will not change the set.Then I enquired about service centres and on 15 th may i went to OPTIMUM TELE SERVICES VIKAS MARG for repair work.first of all the persons in this service centre are not picking up the phones.so its very difficult to trace the location .My office is located in Ghaziabad.They deposited my mobile and told me to come after 8 days . today when i went there they said phone is not repaired.i spent around 200 Rs for AUTO RENT .
I spent Rs 9000 and got lot of tension and spenting money to go to service centre . i do not what kind of warrent these people r providing very depressed after buying spice phone till date i used Nokia phones and it works fine.
yester day again I went to the service centre they gave me the phone and told me to check the phone when I checked the phone is in the same condition . Again deposited the phone to resolve the issue .i wasted my around 10000 and not used phone for a single day.I request you to pls look into the matter and provide good phone to me . i do not want to go to service centre again and again.
we went to service center for about 4 to 5 times to complain for the handset yet it is not working properly and now we want our money back as we are not satisfied with the phone and service of company we have wasted our too much money and energy .
Now i want satisfactory support from you. The needed documents are attached

I m using spice M 6868 that i brought in jan 2012.
1. This is d slowest mb i have ever used. D preloaded opera is very very slow that takes more than 5 min to open 1 file.
2.if i try to download somthing dat also goes through this pathetic preloded opera and take long time.
3. I hav gone through many web to downlod apps but they dont accept this device and if i dnld somthing that dosent work on dis mb.
4. Gv me any web add from there i can dnld apps for this mb plz
5.i have sent it 3 times to ser center

I have purchased spice mobile phone MI 270 inn April 2012. In may I found that charging problem. Dealer told me to take this spice mobile centre at Borivli, Mumbai. They told me the there is adopter cable problem which needs to be replaced and told me it will be available a within 7 days (sr No 13100556C60092) Now, they are saying cable will be available in month of July.
I am really surprised that your service will not spare cable nor can be made available to customer within 2 days.

I had bought a MI 350n on 26/04/2012. The phone stopped working in less than two months. The nearest authorised service centre returned the phone after 10 days and two visits unrepaired, with a blank screen and the outer cover changed(sr no- 24100820C60602).

I have purchase a spice dual sim mobile model no. OT-60 Invoice no. BAR/1220011/64591 DTD. 22/12/2011. After five months the hand set got the trouble. Trouble is hang(JOY STICK DOES NOT WORK PROB.) again & again. I have contract to spice service center- Shri Vinayak Agencies, Bundi on dtd. 12/05/12 Ser Request no. 20100268C50333. There was take to 12-15 days for servicing. After that I checked then hang problem solved but new problem with battery backup & mice create. I have again contact to spice service center at Bundi Second Service Request no. 20100268c60770. Then they have take Nine days for servicing. I have checked the handset for tow – three days that problem has not been solved.

After that I have AGAIN contract to your service center they have give me the toll free no. 1800-300-77423 for talk to above problem. But unable to connect in full day on 09-July-12.

Now I think that hand set is defective piece & request you to pls replace with respective amount or new hand set other wise I take help with consumer forum.

I have purchase a spice dual sim mobile model no. mi-280 Invoice no. 7151 DT. 12/02/2012. First day i face a big problem in touch screen, this problem solve after replacing to another handset.
After two months the handset got another trouble in charging time, the charging not done, but handset heat up too much. I have contract to spice service center- H.C. Service ,Surya Tower Ludhiana on dtd. 18/04/12 Service Request no. 19101227C40061. There was take to 22 days for servicing. After that I checked the charging problem solved but heating problem not solved. After my two three visit they checked & says this is ok. After few days heating problem solve automatically.
After four month of purchasing handset I got again problem in touch screen, I ignore this problem two three days, on 25.06.12 touch screen not working. I have again contact to spice service center H.C. Service, They demands my purchase bill. Next day I present bill then they receive my hand set, the Second Service Request no. 19101227C60132 dt. 27.06.12. Till date (13.07.2012) I can’t receive my hand set back.
After that I have AGAIN contract to your service center they have give me the toll free no. 1800-300-77423 for talk to above problem. But unable to connect in full day on 12-July-12.

Myself Sunil S Raut from Aurangabad – Maharashtra having Spice Mobile Model No. M-6700 Cappcino.
I have purchased this model, due to its features & looks.
This mobile is purchased on 06.09.2011 from New S.R. Mobile Shoppe.
Problem – Touch is not sense by screen, occurred on 09.07.2012.
Handset is given at Shraddha Mobile (Navya Services) having contact no. 9823977883. (Job Sheet No. 1694)
Yesterday he tell me your handset will be ready by tomorrow.
Today they tell me your handset is to be sent to company for the repairing & it will take 25 days to this process.
Its take long time to repair the handset. Till that I have no any alternative handset.
Also if service center is in Aurangabad, then why it is need to send the handset at company.
I am working in Mahindra Dealership, & having 20 nos. handset of spice make in our dealership.
Also suggesting to my friend group, to buy spice mobile.
But looking to your, such long time services, I am unhappy.
Hence request to you, please give me handset with okay condition as urgent.

No any revert mail is received to me from service helpdesk team.

You can order QT-95 for 2699 from Bagitoday online.
If you are used to Nokia/Iphone quality, this model will be a huge disappointment.
The phone suite is useless.
Copying contacts from another Nokia is a not possible except by individual VCK copy. Bluetooth did not work between Nokia C2/C7 & QT-95.
Not able to generate the media list on to phone by refreshing/syncing with the mem card.
I bought this & wondering what to do with the handset.
I have a Nokia C7 which is 3g & also connects as 3g modem. But not QT-95. Using a handset as a 3g modem is an important feature of any phone, & here it is not available!!.
It is a GPRS modem & I am still trying to find a way to use as at least a GPRS modem on my laptop.
Overal, OK for a novice who wants a qwerty with web browsing on the cell screen.
The qwerty keys are backlit & good for sms.
FM, torch etc are as good as any 1000Rs dual sim china phones.

MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED YET OF SPICE TABLET MI-720 BATTERY EXPAND PROBLEM.
& HEAD OF NOIDA BRANCH MISS.VANDANA SWAMY FIRSTLY PROMISED ME THAT SHE WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER & SURELY WOULD GET RESULT FOR ME BUT NOW SHE IS NOT TAKING MY CALLS & AVOIDING THEM.
WE HAVE TRIED TO CALL MISS VANDANA APPROX 50-60 TIMES A DAY FROM 3 DAYS BUT SHE IS NOT TAKING MY CALLS.
WE WANT JUSTICE OTHERWISE WE WOULD BE FORCED TO WRITE THIS MATTER TO PEHRADHAR NEWS & LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS ALSO..!
I WANT MY BATTERY CHANGE UNDER WARRANTY & APOLOGY FROM JAYESH SONI & VANDANA SWAMY.

I,RAJKUMAR G ROHRA(BUSINESSMAN)PURCHASED A SPICE TABLET MI-720 DATED 26/9/2011 FROM SHOP NAME “V MOBILE GALLERY” ITS IMI NO. 911130100010738,BUT SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED THIS TABLET,I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL..BECAUSE IT HAS GOT IN FAULT ABOUT 3 TIMES IN THIS 6 MONTHS,
FIRSTLY FAULT CAME AS TABLET WAS NT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SO I WENT TO SERVICE STATION FOR REPLACEMENT AT SERVICE STATION NEAR ALKAPURI VADODARA,THEY PROVIDED US REPLACEMENT IN 3 DAYS..
SECONDLY FAULT CAME IN DISPLAY OF SCREEN SO I GONE TO SERVICE STATION WHICH WAS AT RAJMAHAL ROAD,SUBMITTED OUR TABLET THERE FOR REPAIRING BUT SERVICE PROVIDER TOLD US IT WOULD NOT COME IN WARRANTY SO HE TOLD US WE HAVE TO SEND IT TO AHMEDABAD FOR REPAIRING FOR ABOUT 15-20 DAYS & WOULD COST RS 3500/-,WITH NO OTHER OPTION THIS TIME WE AGREED & GOT OUT TABLET IN 22 DAYS APPROX & PAID 3500 TO SERVICE STATION.
& THEN AFTER 15-20 DAYS WE GOT ANOTHER PROBLEM OF SPEAKER OF TABLET MI-720, THEN AGAIN I GONE TO SERVICE STATION FOR REPARING WHERE THEY CHARGED US 600/- RS FOR THE SPEAKER PROBLEM,WHICH WAS ALSO IN WARRANTY THEN ALSO..
& LASTLY WE GOT PROBLEM IN TABLET AGAIN OF SCREEN,WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,SO I WENT TO SERVICE STATION AGAIN & SUMBITTED MY TABLET THERE AT MOBILE CLINIC,O.P.ROAD,VADODARA,WHERE I GOT OUR TABLET THIS TIME FROM THEM IN 23 DAYS THAT IS FROM DATED 01-5-2012 TO 24-5-2012(DELIVERY DATE) IN WARRANTY,
& NOW AFTER 40-45 DAYS,PROBLEM AGAIN OCCURED IN TABLET,THIS TIME IT IS CASE OF BATTERY,THIS HAPPENED IN REGULAR USE OF TABLET,BATTERY WAS EXPANDING LIKE A BALLOON,SO I WENT TO SERVICE STATION FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT AS IT HAS HAPPENED WITH REGULAR USE ONLY, BUT MR ANIL WORKING AT MOBILE CLINIC TOLD ME THAT THIS TABLET HAS BEEN TRIED TO OPEN & GOT REPAIR FROM OUTSIDER BY WHICH WRONG SHOULDRING HAS BEEN DONE FROM NEGATIVE WIRE IN POSITIVE & POSITIVE WIRE TO NEGATIVE,BUT I TOLD THEM IF MY TABLET IS IN WARRANTY THEN WHY I WOULD RISK TO REPAIR IT FROM OUTSIDE??
THEN I TALKED TO THEIR HEAD MR.JAYESH SONI (AHMEDABAD BRANCH),
SPICE MOBILES,NOW HE WAS TELLING ME A DIFFERENT STORY,HE WAS ACCUSING ME THAT BY MORE BATTERY CHARGING THIS HAS HAPPENED.
& TELLING ME THAT “YOU DO WHATEVER YOU WANT,I WON’T TAKE YOUR TABLET IN WARRANTY,& ALSO MIS-BEHAVED WHILE TALKING TO ME”
IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS??????
SIMPLE NOW PURCHASED FOR ABOUT 13000/- THEN TABLET GOT IN FAULT FOR ABOUT 4 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS,GIVEN EXTRA 3500/- & 600/-
SO TOTAL SPENT ABOUT 13500/- WHICH I HARDLY USED FOR 2 MONTHS..
SO,I WANT JUSTICE IN THIS CASE FROM COMPANY.

My mobile model no. qt-66 , My mobile display not working properly. It is out of warranty. I give this mobile in spice mobile repair center but they told that the display cant get. send me address of service center of spice mobile model qt 66 . I am staying at khar east. mumbai. Eight months back, I brought one Spice Mi-270 from a authorized distributor. But my handset had always gave me trouble, due to its faulty touch screen. Last month, this touch screen stopped working. Therefore, I had to visit Spice mobile service center at South-Ex, New Delhi. Service center took my mobile for repairing (my hand set serial no. 30100878C50306). After around 15 days, I got a SMS from service center to collect my hand set, as it had been repaired. When I went to collect my set, to my surprise, I got another set of same model, as I was told that my original set could not been repaired. After coming back home, when I inserted the charger in the new mobile, I found that it was not charging at all!! But, due to shortage of time, I could not go service center again for long time (around 1 month). Recently, when I went there in the center to get it repaired again, I was just shocked as the service engineer refused to accept my handset as according to their version the set was tempered (repaired from outside), when the actual fact is that the mobile is laying idle since I collected from the service center, due to its charging problem. Therefore, it seems that, during previous delivery, I got an already faulty & tempered mobile from the center!!
Now, I tried to contact the customer care several times, but all those numbers I got from Spice mobile site seems to be non-functional or wrong. So, my hope to get a justice seems to be very sleek.
Therefore, I request the customer care to take up my case at earliest, otherwise I have to knock the door of Consumer Care.

I have Purchased Spice Mi-415 from hot spot and found phone is defective and was returned within 30 minuted of purchase but to my surprise till today no replacment inspite of repeated reminders and requests

i have given to spice service center 8 times for repairing it since it get defected in near abot 25 days.i have not got an solution of this problem.

I had purchased Spice Cappuccino M-6700. After 6-7 months I have faced a problem that my mobile vibrator is not working properly. Sometimes it vibrates and sometimes not. Kindly provide a solution.
