Dear sir my name is PRATEEK GUPTA I live in jaipur I think that micromax is a good company but I am very sad to purchase the handset I had puchased a hanset with modal q5c with meid -a100001552cfea on 18/05/2012 . it was creating problem of autometic restarting than i will go for your service centre at care centre jaipur on 27/06/2012 he deposited the handset and said to come after seven day after many discussion he provide it on 15/07/2012 as on date when i cheked it it will have same problem and create new problem that receiver is not working the motherboard has been changed it is old he submitted the handset again and said to com e after two day i went on 18/07/2012 on that date there is new problem vibration is not working then he submitted the handset again and said to come after two day after two day and I went on 20/07/2012 i got the handset when i checked it flash is not working and mp3 butten is also not working I am very very sad to such type of service after submitting of 28 day handset is not working well are your service Engineers are blind or they do not have any knowledge it is only two month old handset iI have not such type of expectation . MICROMAX is a good brand so improve it immediately and provide me support very soon
