karbonn released this mobile to get public attraction but, not providing proper service many gain attaction in a negetive way. please do respond to customer’s queries n provide us with drivers
Unfortunately i buy a karbonn a9 from flipkart . PC Suite is not available in the net last 15 days trying hard but all customer care had no answer . They try to tell links available that links do not work . I do not know what is hell going on.
Hardly any difference between ordinary cell phone. I do not when this company will wake up otherwise consumer complaint is the last option. please revert back for consumers.

Karbonn A9 is good fone… but no sync makes it equal to ordinary fone.. issue with dialler and usb cable.. no links for sync.. costumer care sucks… no response to complaints.. so buying this fone is waste of money… better go for reputed brands like samsung…

I bought a Karbonn A9 smart phone from Infibeam.com about a month ago. I am totally unhappy with the quality and the durability of the phone, there are many many software bugs in the phone:
(1): Phone gets hang and gets automatically restart when in charging ( Encountered this many times )
(2): When talking on the phone, the screen gets off ( that is normal with any phone ), but in case of this phone, many a times the screen remains off even after pressing the switch of button, and i need to remove battery and then restart
(3): If i store a contact for example: 98XXXXXX99 and i get a call from the name number with the code Eg: +91 98XXXXXX99, then the phone doesnt show the contact, it just shows the number,
