I am facing serious problem w r t to my ph no 9859911747 . I am on roaming in delhi for last 2 months. I have bar on incoming calls , but can make outgoing calls. I want to put to your kind notice that I brought a SIM of postpaid Aircel connection bearing mobile number 7503069641 just a few days back but just yesterday got a call from customer care of aircel about hello tune ,it may be coincidence it got activiated or not activated it but debited my aircel account
instantanously and after I reached home and heared this thing I contacted you customer care but my utter surprise jokes package got activated and also the amount was deducted.
I want to convey you to that if you are presenting a thing to a customer than why you are befoolling him with these kind of things and hassless.

I have been witnessin an intense network problem on 2G service in our hometown since 2011. It is been said that aircel is collaborating along with reliance company, and now the reliance companies are stingy about that these day. What i mean is that, is aircel company so selfish that, even cannot effort to provide proper 2G service in one of the oldest district.?? this is to inform you that a guy called me from your company (911400060078) and forcefully activated caller tune on my account for which 30/- has been deducted from my account.I have recorded the conversation and really not happy with this unprofessional attitude from your companys agent.When I told him to stop and listen he replied in rude and blunt tone and finished his conversation.This is not acceptable,hence kindly return my balance Rs 30/- to 97621802528(pune) to avoid unnecessary problem and also deactivate caller tune or any other service which ever that cheater agent of yours has done.I will not request 2nd time and I am serious.Please stop this kind of malpractices or else u may face judicial action.
